Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to produce my item?

10-14 business days from art approval for embroidery and 7-10 business days from art approval for silk screening. Promotional items take 3-4 weeks.

Do you offer special rates for non-profit organizations?

Yes, please contact us for specific rates.

How much is embroidery?

The cost of embroidery depends on the number of stitches, the size of the logo, where it is located, the type of garment and the number of pieces ordered. A one-time digitizing fee will be applied to the initial order.

How much is silk screening?

Silk screening charges are based on several factors: the number of colors in the art, number of screens and the quantity of items for each image. A one-time $50 setup fee will be applied to the initial order for artwork if camera-ready art is not supplied.

How is art accepted?

Art is accepted through info@crownprintwear.com. Camera-ready art is accepted as a Corel Draw 9, Adobe Illustrator 10 or .eps file.

Are RUSH services available?

Yes, please contact us to determine rush rates for your order.

What is the minimum order I can place?

There is a minimum of 18 pieces for embroidery, with the same logo and thread color. The minimum order for silk screening with the same design and ink color is 24 pieces.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover card.

Are you able to create original art?

Yes, we have artists who can create anything you need.

Can I bring in my own clothing to embroider?

Yes, you can. Please realize that sometimes embroidery machines can damage garments. We reserve the right to replace garments with a comparable wholesale product. Bringing your own garments come with a shared risk.
