Recently I sat down with a client and discovered what he really needs is for current clients to generate transactions after they sign onto his service. He represents a barter network thus allowing business owners to swap capacity for valuable services all in the name of preserving cash.
My task was to provide him a list of items that he feels good about scheduling quick meetings and dropping off items in order to engage his customers, discover pain points (often has to do somehow with dispensing cash) and offer alternatives within his barter network.
The promotional product is THE way to feel good about popping by with current clients and not being perceived as a pest.
